Job description

We are pleased to announce that we are looking for a results-driven CRM & Email Marketing Specialist to join our ecommerce team. This role combines expertise in CRM and email marketing with a flair for executing high-performing campaigns.

You will be responsible for enhancing customer relationships, optimising lifecycle marketing, and driving awareness, engagement, and sales through our email and paid social media channels. The position is based at our Support Office in Swords, Co. Dublin.

This role will take responsibility for both the Eason and Dubray channels.

Key Responsibilities :

  • CRM Management : Manage and maintain our CRM system while creating and executing a segmentation strategy.
  • Email Marketing : Plan, execute and optimise email marketing campaigns and automations in line with seasonal strategies and promotional periods.
  • Ownership Of Email Calendar : Ensure all campaigns are strategically scheduled and aligned with wider marketing initiatives.
  • Paid Social Media Marketing : Develop and execute paid social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to drive traffic, sales, and engagement.
  • Content Creation : Develop high-quality marketing assets to support campaigns.
  • Channel Analysis : Monitor and analyse all CRM and email activity, in addition to relevant KPIs, to ensure best-in-class performance and improve effectiveness of the channel.
  • Reporting : Track and report on performance of all CRM, Email and Paid Social campaigns with recommendations for ongoing optimisations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with our commercial teams to identify key marketing communications via our Email Marketing and Paid Social channels.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field is preferred.
  • Certifications in CRM or marketing automation platforms advantageous.
  • Proven experience in CRM management and Email Marketing, ideally within the retail industry.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms, experience with Klaviyo desirable.
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, personalisation, and automation workflows.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and reporting using tools like Google Analytics or similar.
  • Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic HTML / CSS knowledge for email template customisation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
