CRM Developer (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
Client: Top 5 Bank
Contract Terms: 6 month rolling contract to hire
Location: Downtown Toronto (hybrid model 1-2 days a week)
Role Overview:
· This team is responsible for developing and managing campaign execution of frontline client leads that increase client engagement, client acquisition and client retention for business lines such as Credit Cards, Deposits, Lending, Insurance through various channels such as Branch, Call Centres, Email, SMS etc.(tethered and untethered) etc.
· You will also be responsible for building frontline contact campaign email & SMS journeys to enhance client relationships and drive customer acquisition and retention of products and services.
