The Role

We’re hiring a Software Developer to help us build intuitive, accessible, and beautiful interfaces that make immigration and relocation easier for thousands of users around the world. This role will focus primarily on front-end work, though collaboration with full-stack engineers and occasional backend integration will be required.

You’ll work closely with our design, product, and legal engineering teams to translate complex requirements into elegant user experiences. If you care about clean code, performance, and shipping meaningful features quickly—this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive front-end features using React (Next.js)
• Collaborate with designers to translate Figma wireframes into pixel-perfect UI
• Work with backend developers to integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs
• Ensure accessibility (a11y) and usability best practices are met
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and QA cycles

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in front-end development (React, Vue, or similar frameworks)
• Experience with TypeScript and component-based architecture (e.g., Tailwind, Chakra, or Material UI)
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git / GitHub)
• Understanding of basic backend workflows (Node.js, APIs, etc.)
• Bonus : Experience with Next.js, headless CMSs, or form logic tools like Formik / React Hook Form

Nice to Have

• Experience working on legal tech, fintech, or government-facing products
• Knowledge of SEO and performance optimization in SPAs
• Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and modern testing frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Jest)
