Job summary

Air Canada is seeking a Crew Data Solutions Analyst to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for crewing data, enabling analytics and decision support across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and IT partners to ensure robust, secure data platforms and adherence to governance standards, with production-grade deployment mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–6+ years of experience in data engineering or related technical role.
• Strong experience with SQL and programming languages such as Python, Scala, or Java.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining data pipelines using modern frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines for crewing data.
• Develop scalable data architectures to support analytics and reporting.
• Integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Optimize pipelines for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with data scientists to enable easy access to clean data.
