Midwest in Saskatoon is seeking a Crew Chief to lead surveying field crews across municipal, cadastral and site projects in Western Canada. You will report to a Project Manager or Land Surveyor and ensure accuracy, safety, and client service on every assignment.
Ideal candidates hold a Geomatics diploma/degree or equivalent with 5+ years in surveying, proficient use of RTK GNSS, Total Stations, and data processing, and a valid driver's license. Travel and field work are required.

The Crew Chief position works in various outdoor and all-terrain, all-weather environments typically present in Western Canada, and physical exertion may be required daily including, but not limited to:
Field based survey positions, including the Crew Chief position, require availability to travel as required by work assignment. Midwest will be responsible for costs associated with lodging, and the Crew Chief shall be reimbursed for subsistence costs. The length of work assignments varies based on client requirements, job complexity and job location.
