Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Crew Chief located in the Nashville Metropolitan Area. The Crew Chief will oversee daily operations, manage tree service crews, ensure safety protocols are followed, and maintain communication with clients. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, performing quality checks, and providing training and support to crew members.

Qualifications

• Experience in arboriculture, tree service operations, or related field
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of safety protocols and operational procedures in tree care
• Ability to manage and coordinate tree service projects
• Experience with equipment used in tree services
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle on-site challenges
• Experience working with multi-family investors, municipalities, builders, or property management companies is a plus
• Relevant certifications in arboriculture or tree care are beneficial
