Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Access to a vehicle
• High school diploma
• Some hands-on experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided to make you proficient in painting and staining by the end of summer
• Full-time commitment (40-50 hours weekly)
• Strong communication skills
• Coachable attitude
• Availability from May to August

Payment Structure:

• Base rate from $18 to $25 per hour
• Performance bonuses available

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the successful completion of projects from start to finish, maintaining high quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness of the site and project area daily
• Communicate effectively with homeowners and business owners to ensure satisfaction
• Manage daily project tasks to provide excellent service to clients
