Job description

Drives sales results for designated products sold through internal BMO channels by enhancing BMO employees’ product knowledge and customer needs conversations to provide optimal solutions. Provides training and coaching to improve sales and channel performance. Supports national and regional programs to promote business growth. Shares insights on products, processes, and customer experience for continuous improvement.

This role requires 2-3 days per week onsite in a branch and occasional travel within the region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Aligns with the business plan for designated products and identifies gaps and opportunities.
  2. Manages customer escalations related to new features, benefits, and pricing.
  3. Acts as a trusted advisor and influences stakeholders to meet business objectives.
  4. Recommends solutions based on issue analysis and supports strategic planning.
  5. Develops and delivers training programs and materials for the sales force.
  6. Gathers customer feedback to inform product enhancements and new offerings.
  7. Monitors product impact on customer behavior and advises on pricing strategies.
  8. Prepares reports and dashboards; analyzes data for insights and recommendations.
  9. Leads change management initiatives and develops communication plans.
  10. Supports operational programs and manages sales meetings and conferences.
  11. Provides sales coaching, designs tools, and supports training material development.
  12. Supports process improvements and enhances client experience through sales channels.
  13. Collaborates with internal stakeholders to build capability and drive growth.
  14. Provides consulting, analytical, and technical support as needed.
Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience with a related post-secondary degree or equivalent.
  • Deep product knowledge and training experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and influence skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making expertise.
Compensation
