What You’ll Be Doing

As part of the Small Business Lending Operations team, the Credit Risk Analyst will manage all aspects of administration and monitoring of credit facilities, maintain independent responsibility for input, monitoring, and escalation of risk elements on complex credit portfolios. You will also ensure productivity standards are met and Service Level Agreements are exceeded.

How You’ll Succeed
  • Relationship Building: Respond to client inquiries, provide high-quality customer service, and liaise with relationship managers.
  • Administration & Analytical Thinking: Review draft credit agreements, prepare security documentation, and escalate errors before funding.
  • Business Acumen: Manage credit fulfillment and ensure compliance with credit terms, exercising delegated authority as needed.
  • Technically Savvy: Proficiency with MS Teams, Outlook, and experience with COINS, PostEdge, ECIF, GOW, iCAP, Streamloan is a plus.
  • Lending Knowledge: Experience with lending administration such as Banker's Acceptance, Letters of Credit, Visa, term loans, LAS loans is advantageous.
