Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition @ KYYBA Inc

The Credit Team performs credit analysis and provides credit recommendations within their perimeter to Credit Committees, Transaction Approval Committees when a credit opinion on a specific counterparty is required, and other RISK entities, Business Units, or functions in response to general inquiries, portfolio review committees.

The Credit Team

  • Guarantees the quality of credit files and portfolios by complying with regulatory frameworks (e.g., Basel III), credit policies, rating policies, and other Group guidelines.
  • Develops local market intelligence through desk research, including financial statement analysis and monitoring published research.
  • Ensures the proper selection and follow-up of counterparties considered Doubtful, under Watch List, or on the sensitive list, and evaluates the appropriate level of provisioning.
  • Maintains a network of business contacts and performs onsite due diligence, ensuring swift and effective communication of local market information and risk views.

The Credit Team is a key partner for Senior Credit Officers and their Business partners for clients covered by the financial institution credit process and interacts regularly with other business lines for uncovered clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present annual credit reviews and new requests to credit committees, including comprehensive analysis, rating recommendations, and credit opinions.
  • Analyze capital markets and corporate banking transactions involving regulated funds and agency principals, including derivatives, repo, securities lending, trade finance, and syndicated loans.
  • Coordinate credit risk processes with various departments and review counterparty credit exposures and legal documentation.
  • Work closely with Relationship Managers, Traders, Market Risk, Legal, and Operations to structure risk-mitigating transactions.
  • Support credit requests and transactions across business lines, prioritize multiple tasks, and ensure data quality and industry trend awareness.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • BS/BA, preferably in finance or economics
  • 5+ years in capital markets or credit risk analysis
  • Motivated learner of derivatives and capital markets products
  • Strong communication skills for expressing credit decisions confidently
  • Organizational skills to meet deadlines
  • Teamwork and proficiency in Word and Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of capital markets products and legal documentation (ISDA, CSA, GMRA)
  • Formal credit training on funds
  • MS, MBA, CFA, or FRM certifications are a plus
