In this role, you will contribute to the organization's risk management activities, including participating in controls, risk assessment, and responding to audits.
The VIE for Operational Risk Management will support HR risk management activities across the Americas (Brazil, Canada, and the US). Responsibilities include performing and updating controls, assessing HR risks, responding to internal and external audits, and updating HR key risk indicators. Specific duties include:
