Kognitive Sales Solutions is expanding its in-store sales team across Northwestern Ontario, placing you in major Canadian retailers to engage customers and promote a trusted financial brand. You will drive results with face-to-face conversations and build relationships with store staff while representing a household-name Canadian brand.

The role offers a flexible schedule (Mon-Sun 9am-9pm), permanent full-time or part-time positions, thorough paid training, and uncapped commission that rewards

Kognitive Sales Solutions is growing its in-store sales team and we are looking for driven, personable individuals who thrive in a retail environment. In this role you will work inside a major Canadian retailer, meeting customers where they shop and helping them discover a financial product from one of Canada's trusted brands. Your Responsibilities

• Proactively approach customers in-store and walk them through the features and value of our client's creditcardproducts
• Ask the right questions to understand each customer's situation and make a relevant, helpful recommendation
• Serve as the product authority inside the store, knowledgeable, approachable, and credible
• Consistently meet and surpass personal sales targets while championing the client brand
• Create positive, memorable interactions that leave customers feeling well-served
• Adapt your engagement style to connect with a wide variety of customers throughout the day
• Develop reliable, productive partnerships with retail store staff
• Safeguard customer data and maintain strict confidentiality in every interaction
• Travel to and support multiple store locations across your assigned territory as needed

Compensation

• Base wage 17.95/hr plus uncapped commission
• Permanent full-time or part-time positions available
