Job summary

Kognitive Sales Solutions is growing its in-store sales team in Canada, hiring driven individuals to work inside major retailers and help customers discover a credit card product. You will travel to multiple stores, build relationships with staff, and aim to exceed sales targets.

The role offers paid training, uncapped commissions, and a path for advancement. Base wage is $17.95 CAD/hour plus commission, with a flexible schedule across 9am–9pm, Monday to Sunday.

In this role you will work inside a major Canadian retailer, meeting customers where they shop and helping them discover a financial product from one of Canada's trusted brands. Your Responsibilities
