Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a data analysis consultative role.
• Experience in the Credit Card industry (banking or cards).
• Ability to manipulate and synthesize large data from multiple sources.
• Strong data modeling and statistical analysis knowledge.
• Experience with multiple stakeholders and an Agile environment.
• SQL and/or SAS experience; knowledge of A/B testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and provide reporting to support direct marketing for credit cards.
• Support acquisition and retention programs and campaigns.
• Deliver detailed post-analyses at portfolio and channel levels with insights.
• Create cardholder journey stories and presentations for senior management.
• Work within an Agile POD and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct deep-dive analytics to drive business insights for strategic goals.
