Qualifications

• 1–2 years in Influencer Marketing, Talent Representation, Business Development, or sales.
• Knowledge of the creator economy and social media metrics.
• Excellent communication and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and vet creators for branded campaigns.
• Generate creator shortlists for campaigns and client services.
• Facilitate onboarding of qualified creators for pipeline data.
• Collaborate with Client Services to ensure campaign execution.
• Use Viral Nation tools to execute campaigns efficiently.
• Negotiate proposals, agreements, and creator compensation.
• Present the value of branded opportunities to creators.
• Assess talent to determine revenue potential and campaign performance.
• Maintain a living database of creators for campaigns.
• Identify content trends and emerging creators to enhance campaigns.
• Support team with resources and tools to exceed expectations.
• Propel business development and procurement initiatives.
