Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in an agency, marketing, or integrated services environment.
• Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns for enterprise technology, AI, SaaS, or consumer tech clients is strongly preferred.
• Strong command of project management tools and practices, with Monday.com proficiency required.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across Strategy, Creative, Production, Influencer, Paid Media and Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own master program tracker and keep all accounts up to date with action items, timelines and status.
• Define milestones, timelines, and scope in partnership with Client Services leadership.
• Flag scope and timeline risks early and escalate for senior guidance.
• Set up and maintain project infrastructure and documentation for efficient handoffs.
• Monitor budget, hours, burn, pacing, and utilization across active scopes.
• Lead internal meetings, distribute recaps, and ensure clear accountability.
