Job summary

Zeno Group is a dynamic, independent communications agency with global reach. We seek an Account Manager, Creator Marketing to lead influencer campaigns, source creators, and manage client relationships.

You will work with senior leadership on strategic creator approaches and deliver high-impact programs that drive client goals while staying ahead of trends in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in creator/influencer marketing (agency, platform, or brand side).
• Strong negotiation skills and confidence managing contracts and deliverables.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok).
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with real-time problem-solving.
• Data-minded with an eye for campaign performance and optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute creator-led campaigns from start to finish: sourcing, negotiation, contracting, approvals, reporting.
• Manage daily communication with creators and clients, acting as a trusted point of contact.
• Help develop strategic creator approaches that deliver on client goals.
• Stay plugged into digital and influencer trends; bring fresh, informed POVs to internal teams and clients.
• Build strong working relationships with creators and agents.
• Support the development of campaign decks, proposals, and reporting documents.
• Analyze data and platform metrics to optimize campaigns and inform recommendations.
• Work collaboratively across teams and agency partners to ensure seamless integration into broader marketing plans.
