Job summary

Zeno Group Canada is seeking an Account Manager, Creator Marketing to drive influencer campaigns for diverse clients. You will source creators, negotiate, contract, and report on results while coordinating with senior leadership to execute best-in-class programs.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in creator/influencer marketing, strong negotiation and platform knowledge (Instagram, TikTok), and excellent communication in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is based in Canada.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in creator/influencer marketing (agency, platform, or brand).
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing contracts and deliverables.
• Deep understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok).
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Account Manager, Creator Marketing

Do you understand how creators, culture and platforms come together to influence audiences and shape brands? Are you energized by developing creator strategies that turn cultural insights and authentic partnerships into measurable impact?

The Account Manager, Creator Marketing at Zeno will be a key player on our growing Creator team, working closely under senior leadership to run best-in-class influencer campaigns.

You’ll manage day-to-day execution — from sourcing and negotiating with creators to delivering high-impact programs that move the needle for clients.

This role requires sharp organization, strong creator instincts, platform fluency (Instagram, TikTok, emerging spaces), and a passion for doing influencer marketing at the highest level.

Responsibilities

• Execute creator-led campaigns from start to finish: sourcing, negotiation, contracting, approvals, reporting.
• Manage daily communication with creators and clients, acting as a trusted point of contact.
• Help develop strategic creator approaches that deliver on client goals.
• Stay plugged into digital and influencer trends; bring fresh, informed POVs to internal teams and clients.
• Build strong working relationships with creators and agents.
• Support the development of campaign decks, proposals, and reporting documents.
• Analyze data and platform metrics to optimize campaigns and inform recommendations.
• Work collaboratively across teams and agency partners to ensure seamless integration into broader marketing plans.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in creator/influencer marketing (agency, platform, or brand side).
• Strong negotiation skills and confidence managing contracts and deliverables.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and creator culture (Instagram, TikTok, especially).
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with real-time problem-solving.
• Data-minded with an eye for campaign performance and optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Pay Range: $65,000 to $75,000 CAD/yr.

An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits. In accordance with Ontario's Employment Standards Act (ESA), salary posting ranges can not exceed a $50,000 CAD differential and are required for any role with a maximum salary below $200,000 CAD.

An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
