Job summary

Zeno Group in Toronto is seeking an Account Manager, Creator Marketing to lead creator-driven campaigns for clients. You will source creators, negotiate contracts, and run campaigns end-to-end with cross-functional teams.

You should have 3–5 years in creator/influencer marketing, strong organization, platform fluency on Instagram and TikTok, and a data-minded approach.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in creator/influencer marketing (agency, platform, or brand side).
• Strong negotiation skills and confidence managing contracts and deliverables.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok.
• Highly organized with multiple projects and deadlines.
• Data-minded with a focus on campaign performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; team player in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute creator-led campaigns from start to finish: sourcing, negotiation, contracting, approvals, reporting.
• Manage daily communication with creators and clients, acting as a trusted point of contact.
• Help develop strategic creator approaches that deliver on client goals.
• Stay plugged into digital and influencer trends; bring fresh, informed POVs to internal teams and clients.
• Build strong working relationships with creators and agents.
• Support the development of campaign decks, proposals, and reporting documents.
• Analyze data and platform metrics to optimize campaigns and inform recommendations.
• Work collaboratively across teams and agency partners to ensure seamless integration into broader marketing plans.
