Job summary

BRP is seeking a Creative Projects and Operations Manager to oversee cross-functional teams across design, development, and sourcing for apparel and protective gear. You will ensure projects run on time, on budget, and meet high quality standards while coordinating with external partners and freelancers.

You will drive capacity planning, supplier relationships, and process improvements, reporting to the Director of Apparel, Play & Licensing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading design and/or development and sourcing teams.
• Experience coordinating creative projects with multiple stakeholders and suppliers.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines and resource allocations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Design team to plan and execute creative projects from kickoff through completion, on time and on budget.
• Lead the Development Buying/Sourcing team to manage suppliers, quality, timelines, and budgets.
• Keep stakeholders informed on status, risks, and key decisions.
• Support capacity planning and allocation of resources across projects.
• Track project budgets, quotes, expenses and invoices.
