Job Description

The Opportunity :

As the Brand Architect, the Director will be responsible for shaping and influencing Penn ’s creative direction through design, store concepts, marketing, and visual elements to strengthen its image and increase brand awareness in the market.

What you do :

  • Develop and lead integrated creative strategies, ensuring perfect alignment with the brand’s DNA.
  • Create creative processes and infrastructure to support alignment between marketing and creative strategy within the team.
  • Analyze trends to define innovative creative directions for the brand across all channels.
  • Define and ensure adherence to brand graphic standards across all media and teams.
  • Identify project-specific needs and establish creative roadmaps for seasonal campaigns across all channels.
  • Ensure the timely and high-quality production of creative assets, from digital and print to social media, in-store visuals, and advertising.
  • Lead and manage a team of 3 people, fostering a culture of innovation, creativity, and collaboration.
  • Direct the creative brief process, distribute tasks, and ensure effective management of deadlines and deliverables within the team.

Qualifications

Experience & Education Required

  • University degree in Marketing or Fashion
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in a leadership role within a creative team
  • In-depth expertise in brand image, interior design (decor), and print media
  • Proven experience in experiential marketing and managing large-scale creative projects
  • Ability to build and maintain trusted partnerships
  • Experience with AI-assisted design tools (an asset)
