The Liftsafe Group of Companies is seeking a skilled service technician to join our team. You will inspect, troubleshoot, and repair overhead cranes, hoists, and related electrical equipment in a busy industrial setting.

You will also perform preventive maintenance and document service actions to support safety and reliability. Qualifications include CSA B167-16, ability to read blueprints, working at heights, and operating forklifts/Manlifts.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical data.
• Willingness to work at heights and complete safety proof of heights.
• Must understand lockout/tagout procedures and electrical safety.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical devices and motor-driven equipment.
• Ability to communicate with customers and office to provide service updates.

Responsabilités

• Inspect overhead cranes and hoists for safety and CSA/OSHA compliance.
• Troubleshoot and repair material handling equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment and motors.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities.
• Document service actions with reports and checklists.
• Maintain customer rapport through prompt communication and timely repairs.
