Job description

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Supervise and direct the work of subordinate construction workers in various tasks and support their development.

  • Support Blattner's safety program.

  • Ensure all operators are trained according to Blattner Energy's crane operations training requirements and hold a current accredited crane certification.

  • Oversee inventory and maintenance of all hand tools, safety equipment, consumables, torque and tension tooling, tower wiring tooling, etc.

  • Assist Superintendents with identifying crane walk locations, ensure procedures for walking crawler cranes are followed, participate in cross-country and other crawler crane walks, audit pre-lift analysis sheets, and review crane-related documents and procedures.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • At least 1 year of experience supervising or working on a construction crew.

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with reading, writing, and comprehension skills.

  • Ability to pass MVR Check, Background Check, Physical, and Drug Test.

  • Willingness to travel and relocate to the jobsite (100% travel with rotations).

Compensation range: $40.09 - $56.63, based on experience and qualifications.
