Job summary

TreeHouse Foods in Kitchener, ON is seeking a Sheeter Operator for full-time, 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) to operate the sheeter, monitor conveyors, and perform quality checks on crackers. You will ensure safety, GMP, and efficient production flow, with responsibilities including ingredient handling and line readiness.

The role requires English fluency, basic math skills, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment. Shift differential is included.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience working Bake End operations, including oven operation, dough mixing as asset.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English and have a good grasp of basic math/measuring skills.
• Ability to handle the physically demanding nature of the position.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the sheeter and conveyor system, fill feeders and perform quality checks on crackers per formulas.
• Open bags and prepare ingredients, fill hoppers and maintain supplies at station.
• Monitor line speed, controls, and communicate with mixers/oven operators to ensure production specs.
