About the Team

The ad sales team is responsible for the advertising vision, development, and growth of our largest advertising partnerships. Formed in 2024, we are seeking additional team members to build an industry-leading ads and promotions business across DoorDash’s core categories. Our growing DoorDash ads business aims to become the premier platform for merchants and brands to market to local customers, creating a mutually beneficial ecosystem.

About the Role

As an Enterprise Associate - Ad Sales, you will manage, execute, and improve processes that accelerate the growth of our ads and promotions offerings and enhance our sales team's efficiency. Your responsibilities include executing campaign contracts, setup, billing, analyzing reports to improve campaign performance, and collaborating with Account Executives and clients to ensure seamless campaign launches. You will also work cross-functionally with teams in account management, legal, revenue, accounting, and partner management to refine our tools and processes.

  • Partner with multiple stakeholders to learn, streamline, and improve our processes and tools.
  • Enhance advertiser value and sustainable revenue for DoorDash by optimizing campaign delivery and performance.
  • Drive efficiency by executing campaign contracts, managing setup, and ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
We’re excited about you because…
  • You have a 4-year college degree.
  • You have 2+ years of experience in Ad operations, Performance Marketing, Marketing Operations, Digital Advertising, or Sales Operations.
  • You are familiar with Salesforce, Tableau, GSuite, and Slack.
  • You have the ability and aptitude to learn new concepts, programs, and tools on the job.
  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, consistently meeting deadlines and following processes.
  • You are analytical, understand advertising goals and KPIs, and enjoy data-driven problem solving with strong Excel and data analysis skills.
  • You excel in communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • You are self-motivated, positive, and a team player.
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity, thrive in fast-changing startup environments, and enjoy rapid learning.
  • You have a passion for data, operations, and customer service, and are eager for a new challenge.
