About the Team

The ad sales team is responsible for the advertising vision, development, and growth of our largest advertising partnerships. Formed in 2024, this team aims to build an industry-leading ads and promotions business across DoorDash's core categories. The growing DoorDash ads business will become the premier platform for merchants and brands to market to local customers, creating a beneficial ecosystem for all parties.

About the Role

As an Enterprise Associate - Ad Sales, you will manage, execute, and improve processes that accelerate the growth of our ads and promotions offerings and enhance the efficiency of our sales team. Your responsibilities include executing campaign contracts, setup, billing, analyzing reports to optimize campaign performance, and collaborating with Account Executives and clients to ensure seamless campaign launches. You will work cross-functionally with teams such as account management, legal, revenue, accounting, and partner management to improve tools and processes.

What We’re Looking for
  • A 4-year college degree
  • 2+ years of experience in Ad operations, Performance Marketing, Marketing Operations, Digital Advertising, or Sales Operations
  • Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, GSuite, and Slack
  • Ability and willingness to learn new concepts, programs, and tools
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Analytical skills with familiarity with advertising KPIs and data analysis, especially Excel
  • Excellent communication skills with clients and stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, and team player
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change, thriving in startup environments
  • A passion for data, operations, and customer service
