Job description

The ad sales team is responsible for the advertising vision, development, and growth of our largest advertising partnerships. This team was formed in 2024 and is seeking additional members to build an industry-leading ads and promotions business across DoorDash’s core categories. The growing DoorDash ads business aims to become the premier platform for merchants and brands to market to local customers within an ecosystem that benefits all parties.

About the Role

As an Enterprise Associate - Ad Sales, you will manage, execute, and improve processes that accelerate the growth of our ads and promotions offerings and drive sales team efficiency. Your responsibilities include executing campaign contracts, setup, billing, analyzing reports to enhance campaign performance, and working closely with Account Executives and clients to ensure seamless campaign launches. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with teams in account management, legal, revenue, accounting, and partner management to improve tools and processes.

  • Partner with multiple stakeholders to learn, streamline, and improve processes and tools.
  • Enhance advertiser value and sustainable revenue by optimizing campaign delivery and performance.
  • Drive efficiency by managing campaign contracts, setup, and ensuring timely invoicing and payments.

  • You hold a 4-year college degree.
  • You have 2+ years of experience in Ad operations, Performance Marketing, Marketing Operations, Digital Advertising, or Sales Operations.
  • You are proficient with Salesforce, Tableau, GSuite, and Slack.
  • You are quick to learn new concepts, programs, and technical tools.
  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, consistently meeting deadlines and following processes.
  • You are analytical, familiar with advertising KPIs, motivated by data-driven problem solving, and possess excellent Excel and data analysis skills.
  • You communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • You are self-motivated, positive, and a team player.
  • You thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing startup environments and are comfortable with change and rapid learning.
  • You have a passion for data, operations, customer service, and are eager for new challenges.
