Job summary

Air Liquide Home Healthcare Canada is seeking a Clinical Sleep Assistant to join our Chilliwack branch. You will support CPAP education, assist with branch operations, and liaise with medical professionals to grow patient care and service delivery.

The role emphasizes safety, data management, and customer service, with opportunities to advance as the team expands. A medical office background is preferred and proficiency in MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• College Certificate or Diploma in Medical Office Administration or medical background preferred.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office, ERP & Google systems with strong data entry skills and selling skills.
• 1-2 years of experience in general office practice.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and quality practices across the branch.
• Assist with maintaining equipment and perform routine preventive maintenance.
• liaise with medical professionals and prospective clients to provide information and demonstrations.
• Support supervisors and staff with daily office tasks and document management.
• Provide friendly customer service and CPAP education for clients.
