Job summary

Fed Finance is seeking an FP&A Analyst for a permanent, hybrid-position on the South Shore of Montreal. You will analyze and interpret financial data, prepare budgets and forecasts, and contribute to KPI dashboards and strategic planning.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with 5–7 years of financial analysis experience. CPA/CFA is a plus, as is experience with Dynamics AX/365 and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 5–7 years of experience in financial analysis and financial information systems.
• CPA, CFA, or currently pursuing such designation are a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with an ERP system, particularly Dynamics AX/365 — a plus.
• Bilingualism — a plus.
• Interest in using AI in financial analysis — a plus.

Responsibilities

• Extract, analyze, and interpret financial data from various systems.
• Analyze monthly results for the various business lines.
• Update dashboards and contribute to KPI monitoring.
• Perform ongoing financial forecasting.
• Conduct financial analyses related to investments, cost optimization, and revenue.
• Prepare long-term projections, annual budgets, and five-year strategic plans.
