Job summary

Fed Finance is seeking a CPA Financial Analyst for a Laurentians-based company. You will assist finance teams in monitoring service and distribution performance, analyze sales, margins and key metrics, and participate in monthly close and reporting processes.

The ideal candidate holds a CPA designation (or is pursuing it), has at least 3 years in manufacturing finance, is bilingual in French and English, and demonstrates strong Excel skills along with Power BI/Power Query and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• CPA designation held or in progress.
• Minimum 3 years in finance or accounting in manufacturing.
• Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
• Excellent Excel skills; Power BI and Power Query experience beneficial.
• Experience with ERP system a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist finance teams in monitoring service and distribution performance.
• Participate in monthly close, reconciliations and provisions tracking.
• Prepare management reports for senior management and committees.
• Monitor operational performance, headcount and improvement projects.
• Develop and automate financial/operational analyses using data tools.
• Support annual budgets, forecasts and variance analyses.
• Collaborate with departments to support decision-making.
