Job summary

Fed Finance is seeking an accounting clerk for a construction company located in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, with plans to move to Blainville before 2027. You will enter and track supplier and subcontractor invoices, manage accounts payable and receivable, and prepare payments for projects.

Responsibilities include following up on withholdings, collaborating with project managers for accurate files, and ensuring data accuracy in accounting records.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with project-based accounting is preferred.
• Organized, detail-oriented and a self-starter.
• Team player able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
