Job summary

The Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia (CPABC) is seeking an Experience Requirements Advisor to guide CPA learners and employers on CPA work experience requirements and competency alignment.

The role collaborates with Employer Relations, Student Recruitment, and Practical Experience teams to develop templates and pathways toward CPA certification and to align opportunities with evolving regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary qualification in Business, HR, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Experience in career or talent development and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to translate CPA requirements into actionable guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on CPA experience opportunities and alignment with certification requirements.
• Engage with employers to design roles and pathways that meet CPA competencies.
• Deliver information sessions and consultations with learners and employer partners.
• Collaborate across teams to update templates and resources on CPA experience.
