CPABC is seeking an Experience Requirements Advisor to connect CPABC's Employer Relations & Talent Development with Student Recruitment and Practical Experience teams. You will evaluate roles against CPA experience requirements and help design experience work plan templates to support CPA certification.

You will partner with employers to structure roles and deliver sessions on CPA pathways, translating labour market needs into CPA standards. Occasional travel within BC is required.

Competenze

• Post-Secondary qualification in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Five (5) plus years of relevant experience in business development, career development, talent development, post-secondary student recruitment, or a similar role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of CPA work-experience competencies and ability to align roles with CPA requirements.

Mansioni

• Advise prospective learners on how roles align with CPA work experience requirements.
• Review job descriptions and career paths to assess alignment with experience work plans and CPA competencies.
• Guide learners to identify opportunities and gaps relative to CPA competency development.
• Partner with Employer Relation Officers to deliver information sessions and consultations on CPA experience opportunities.
