The position emphasizes Indigenous knowledges, relationships, and perspectives within a collaborative learning environment grounded in Indigenous knowledges and community engagement.

The successful candidate will create and deliver course content, work with Indigenous/Xwulmuxw faculty, instruct, assess and grade student

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Indigenous Studies or a relevant discipline
• Experience teaching at the undergraduate level
• Demonstrated commitment to working with Indigenous communities

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver course content for INDG 220
• Work collaboratively with Indigenous/Xwulmuxw faculty
• Instruct, assess and grade student achievement
• Assist students in office hours

Education

Master's degree in Indigenous Studies or related discipline
