$39,049.00 - $44,268.00 annually in accordance with the BCGEU Faculty Collective Agreement, with annual increments up to a maximum salary of $57,000.50. This position is entitled to 120 hours of vacation annually, pro-rated and front-loaded, in addition to paid time off between the Christmas and New Year's Day. We offer an extremely competitive extended health and dental benefits program. Enrolment in the College Pension Plan is optional for those staff in this division, with contributions being matched by the Employer.
The University Arts & Sciences Department invites applications for a regular, part-time Social Sciences Instructor to deliver courses, on our Dawson Creek campus. Courses will include those across the social sciences, including, but not limited to: Anthropology, Sociology and First Nations Studies. The ability to teach in other areas such as English and/or Women's Studies will be considered an asset.
The successful candidate will be required to deliver courses utilizing a variety of delivery modes including face-to-face, videoconference, and online (synchronous and asynchronous).
