Responsibilities

1. Provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route.
2. Check all shipments for conformance to Federal Express Canada features of service.
3. Perform related customer service functions.

Minimum Requirements

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
3. Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with equipment.
4. Achieve minimum threshold on driver assessment training.
5. Good interpersonal, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
6. Excellent customer service skills.
7. Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work flexible schedules including holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of customer-oriented business experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of FedEx Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations (asset).

Additional Information

Position is full-time, with an internal application deadline of 05/29 at 3:00 PM EST.
