Position Overview

This is an interview position.

General Summary

To provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route; to ensure all shipments conform to Federal Express Canada features of service; and to perform related customer service functions.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment
• One year of customer-oriented business experience preferred
• Must pass mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training
• Knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations is an asset
• Good interpersonal, communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work in a high-pressure environment
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including holidays, based on business needs

Shift Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
