The Challenge

You will develop and manage a productive sales team of Strategic Account Executives, training, motivating, and coaching them to meet and exceed goals. Responsibilities include qualifying opportunities, setting customer expectations, and handling negotiations.

Your Mission
  1. Lead a team to sell the entire OneTrust platform across all verticals.
  2. Drive strategic engagement with C-level executives.
  3. Promote a culture of sales excellence by implementing and adopting sales processes, pipeline management, KPIs, and performance metrics.
  4. Conduct regular business reviews to ensure alignment with goals.
  5. Coach the team on executing account plans.
  6. Maintain a multi-year account plan to meet or exceed customer objectives and increase share of wallet.
Qualifications
  • Proven thought leader with strong energy, leadership, and initiative.
  • Experience in the Software/Platform (SaaS, PaaS) space.
  • Extensive experience in solution-oriented, value-driven sales environments.
  • Experience coaching and developing salespeople at all levels.
  • Strong analytical, presentation skills, and ability to articulate complex concepts.
  • Success in closing large deals.
  • Self-starter capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
