The Role
TripleLift is hiring a Country Manager for Canada to join their North American Management team. The Country Manager CA is a highly strategic and visible position within the company and will deliver first-class sales leadership for the North American Sales organization. Reporting to the SVP, North American Sales, they will design and deliver the vision, strategy and execution that drives exceptional flywheel growth for publishers through advertisers/agencies and DSP partnerships. An empathetic and analytical sales leader, with a decade of experience operating at this level, they will have a significant network of agency leadership, direct advertisers and/or DSPs. They will have an intimate knowledge of how to lead, coach, and mentor a sales team, using input and output metrics. This leader is adept at training and motivating sellers, building go-to-market strategies for the Canadian ad market, and forecasting/delivering against sales targets. They ideally have practiced Media Selling (inclusive of CTV and/or Retail Media) and/or Tech selling in a Media environment (DSP, SSP, Adserving, DMP/CDP, etc).
The Country Manager CA will be responsible for supporting new and existing business across the entire Canadian market, creating an actionable plan of execution for account prioritization, and selling TripleLift’s full suite of programmatic and managed service solutions - inclusive of Native, Display, CTV, Video and Data. The best candidate brings C-level relationships with them to the table, and is comfortable presenting at both a tactical and strategic level; all the while evangelizing, educating and influencing agency key decision makers.
The Country Manager will be a player/coach with at least one other seller reporting to them initially. This person will be Triplelift’s leader on the ground in Canada and will be in charge of the team’s management, target setting and career monitoring. Additionally, the Country Manager will be involved in our Publishers business monitoring its health by working closely with our Publishers Revenue Team.
