Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, WISL freight system and SX system.

Responsibilities

• Enter sales orders for product(s) selected by the customer and ensure documentation is complete within the close of sale.
• Assist customers with identifying the product they need and suggest alternatives or up-sell where appropriate.
• Locate/pick orders as required and support overflow sales calls.
• Assist branch to maintain merchandise, displays, and counter area.
• Ensure paperwork is organized and branch safety protocols are followed.
• Coordinate break and lunch times for warehouse staff and manage workload.
