Qualifications

• Minimum two years of warehouse experience.
• Experience in the electrical industry is an asset.
• Strong accuracy, organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication and professional phone manners.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift.
• Willingness to be forklift trained.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, wrap, label, and prepare orders for shipment or pickup.
• Load and unload trucks and manage stock locations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through counts and organization.
• Assist walk-in customers and handle phone inquiries.
• Support customers and Account Managers with product information and returns.
• Ensure all products are in good condition and maintain a safe warehouse.
• Work independently and with the team to meet daily needs.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
