Qualifications

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent; college/ university asset.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or counter sales experience.
• Outstanding customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship building with customers, vendors and teammates.
• Ability to learn and operate order processing software.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment and attentiveness to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support to walk-in customers at Profit Centre counters.
• Maintain, stock and keep a clean counter sales area and answer questions.
• Enter, pick, and pack sales orders; follow up on backorders.
• Support Inside and Outside Sales functions and merchandising.
• Inform buyers when stock levels are low and assist with returns/warranty claims.
• Navigate customer concerns and issues to a resolution.
