Reliable Parts Ltd. in Mississauga invites you to join our growing distribution team as a full-time Customer Service Representative. You’ll be the first friendly face for customers in-store, answer questions, process orders, and help with product availability while delivering a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with in-person customer service.
• Familiarity with computer operations, including data entry and switching between multiple screens.
• Excellent phone skills.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and drive sales at the store.
• Assist customers with service requests while maintaining a friendly attitude.
• Answer phones promptly and provide responses to questions or inquiries.
• Process orders, check item availability, and research solutions when needed.
• Perform front counter procedures and support team goals.
