RS Breakers & Controls is seeking a Counter Sales Coordinator to provide top-tier customer service, generate sales quotes, and assist walk-in customers with their inquiries and purchases. In this role, you will play a vital part in our sales success while ensuring customers receive the best solutions for their needs.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist walk-in customers with product selection, inquiries, and purchases.
  • Answer sales calls, provide product information, and generate accurate quotes.
  • Process sales orders and returns efficiently.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new customer acquisition.
  • Support shipping, receiving, and inventory management as needed.
  • Utilize CRM and ERP systems to manage quotes, orders, and customer data.
  • Provide a superior customer service experience at the counter and over the phone.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including occasional site visits.
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum of 2 years in sales, customer service, or counter sales (electrical industry experience is an asset).
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with CRM software, generating quotes, and processing orders.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding service and problem-solving.
