Let us craft a delicious future together! Join the Embassy Ingredients Sales Team as our Sales Coordinator! At Embassy Ingredients, you will join a fast-paced, customer-first environment that is:
- Growing at a rate of 20% year over year,
- Supports prospective efforts and proposal preparations and,
- Executes campaigns, customer presentations, and product sample coordination.
Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:
Account Management – House Accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for designated house accounts.
- Build strong, professional relationships with customers to support retention and growth.
- Track order patterns and flag any inconsistencies or opportunities to upsell.
- Monitor account activity and proactively address client inquiries or concerns.
- Support the marketing team with the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, customer presentations, and product sample coordination.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for account managers and leadership.
- Collaborate with the sales team on prospecting efforts and proposal preparation.
- Assist in the completion and submission of commercialization documents, new product listing forms, and customer setup documents to ensure timely and accurate launches.
Customer Service Support
- Provide backup coverage for our customer service team during peak periods, absences, or high-volume times.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding orders, pricing, and product availability.
- Assist in creating and maintaining accurate customer records in CRM and ERP systems.
Travel and Event Planning
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for sales and executive team members.
- Assist in planning and executing logistics for trade shows, customer visits, and innovation sessions.
- Track expenses and submit reports in a timely and organized manner.
Here’s What You’ll Bring:
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar support role, ideally in food manufacturing, distribution, or CPG.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with CRM systems is an asset.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
