Role Overview

As a Counter Sales Associate, you will deliver excellent customer service by understanding customer needs, providing solutions, and supporting warehouse operations to ensure smooth functioning and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and friendly service in person, over the phone, and via email. Assess customer needs and offer suitable assistance.
• Process orders efficiently, manage returns and paperwork, and source out-of-stock items.
• Assist with order picking, packing, restocking, and inventory management.
• Support warehouse activities, maintain safety and cleanliness, and assist with loading/unloading and deliveries.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve order issues, transfers, and purchase order concerns. Support and train junior staff as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the industry. A clear police record is required.
• Knowledge of plumbing and hydronics, with a proven track record of excellent customer service and relationship building.
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively to diverse audiences. Proficiency with computer applications. Skilled in managing busy counter operations.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and be responsible. Flexible with work hours to meet business needs.
