Job summary

Guillevin in Belleville, Ontario is seeking a Counter and Inside Sales Representative to engage with our established customer base and help drive energy product solutions. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, handling requests across counter, email, phone, and online sales, and supporting outside sales staff.

As a “people” person with a proven track record in B2B sales, you will contribute to growth by identifying needs, offering appropriate products, and negotiating

• Experience in B2B sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize customer requests from counter, email/phone, and online sales.
• Respond to customer needs; follow up and inform key personnel of feedback (prices, products, service, etc.).
• Maximize sales; suggest alternative and complementary products.
• Work closely with outside sales staff.
• Maintain knowledge of product lines and systems used.
• May be required to negotiate special prices and terms with customers.

Here’s a Typical Day

• Manage and prioritize customer requests coming through various channels (counter, email/phone and online sales).
• Respond to customer needs and find appropriate solutions, based on the circumstances. Follow up as necessary and promptly inform key personnel of customer feedback (prices, products, service, etc.).
• Maximize sales to customers; suggestion alternative and complementary products.
• Work closely with outside sales staff.
• Maintain skills and knowledge of product lines and systems used.
• May be required to negotiate special prices and terms with customers
