Job summary

Match Retail is seeking a Merchandiser to join our team in Oakville, Ontario. The role involves visiting stores to update product sections, set up fixtures, and perform cosmetic resets according to planograms.

You will communicate with store managers and document progress using digital tools, with daily updates submitted online. The position offers flexible weekday hours, mileage reimbursement, and autonomy as an independent contractor.

Schedule: Monday - Friday (4 to 5 days a week)

Salary: $19.00 - $21.00/hr

We work with long‑term clients, including L’Oréal, Maybelline, Groupe Marcelle, Shoppers Drug Mart, Lowe’s, RONA, Walmart, and many others.

What You’ll Do

• Set up or update store fixtures according to planograms
• Complete cosmetic resets and installations
• Communicate directly with Store or Cosmetic Managers
• Independently track and document your work using user-friendly digital tools
• Submit daily updates through our online platform at your own pace
• Work in new store locations regularly, adding variety to your day

What You Need

• Merchandising experience + Strong knowledge of Planograms/MODs
• Excellent attention to detail
• Tech‑savvy – comfortable using digital tools and platforms
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
• Effective communication skills
• Reliable and self‑motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team

What You Bring

• Access to a reliable vehicle and/or transportation
• Smartphone and internet access
• Availability for 3 - 5 weekdays per week with flexibility to manage your own schedule
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Availability for project‑specific dates Training start date: July 20, 2026
• Additional requirements may be outlined by the Field Manager who coordinates based on client demands.
