Job summary

Match Retail is hiring for a merchandising role in Burlington, ON. The position involves visiting stores across Canada to update product sections, ensuring top brands are presented per planograms, and supporting major retailers. Independent contractor status offers autonomy and weekday flexibility.

Expect 3–5 weekdays per week with mileage reimbursement and flexible hours. You will work on diverse projects with Canada’s top brands, traveling to new locations regularly and reporting updates

Qualifications

• Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools/platforms.
• Willingness to travel to multiple store locations regularly.

Schedule: Monday - Friday (4 to 5 days a week)

Salary: $19.00 - $21.00/hr

Match Retail is a leading provider of essential merchandising services across Canada, supporting major retailers and top brands by bringing new product launches to life. Our Merchandising Team visits stores to update product sections, ensuring the latest innovations are perfectly presented.

We work with long-term clients, including L'Oréal, Maybelline, Groupe Marcelle, Shoppers Drug Mart, Lowe's, RONA, Walmart, and many others.

What You'll Do

• Set up or update store fixtures according to planograms
• Complete cosmetic resets and installations
• Communicate directly with Store or Cosmetic Managers
• Independently track and document your work using user-friendly digital tools
• Submit daily updates through our online platform at your own pace
• Work in new store locations regularly, adding variety to your day

What You Need

• Merchandising experience + Strong knowledge of Planograms/MODs
• Excellent attention to detail
• Tech-savvy - comfortable using digital tools and platforms
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
• Effective communication skills
• Reliable and self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team

What You Bring

• Access to a reliable vehicle and/or transportation
• Smartphone and internet access
• Availability for 3 - 5 weekdays per week with flexibility to manage your own schedule
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Availability for project-specific dates Training start date July 20, 2026
• Additional requirements may be outlined by the Field Manager who coordinates based on client demands.
