Job summary

Marketsupport Canada is seeking a Part-time Retail Merchandiser to service Langley, BC, territory (10 to 30 hours per month of work). Travel to local retailers to perform merchandising assignments, take pictures, and provide feedback via our reporting app.

Build strong relationships with store staff while coordinating territory efficiently. Requirements include access to a smartphone or tablet, a valid driver's license, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Available to work during daytime hours, M-F approx. 8am - 6pm.
• Ability to manage a small local territory and complete all assignments.
• Comfortable discussing, promoting and selling additional products.
• Smartphone/ computer savvy.

Responsibilities

What we are looking for in a candidate:

• Available to work during daytime hours, M-F approx. 8am - 6pm.
• Ability to manage a small local territory and dedicated to completing all assignments.
• Can roll with the punches and handle a diversity of tasks to complete.
• Comfortable discussing, promoting and selling additional products.
• Smart phone/ computer savvy.
• Self-motivated, independent worker and a problem solver.
• Highly organized and strong attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor and the ability to build positive relationships.

Requirements for the position:

• Access to smartphone or tablet (Android/ Apple) and home computer with Wi-Fi.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable automobile.
• May be required to lift 15lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• May occasionally require steel toe shoes.
• Retail merchandising experience is a plus.
